East Surrey Council Candidate for Horley East 2026
Samantha lives in Horley with her greyhounds. She plays football locally and volunteers for the Greyhound Trust in her spare time. She works in NHS Accounts, so has experience of public sector finances. As a Horley Town Councillor, she is now Chairman of the Leisure Committee, but previously chaired both the Finance Committee and the whole council as the Town Mayor.
She has served as Horley Town Councillor for Horley South since 2011.
