Christian is standing to be your Conservative East Surrey Councillor for Horley West, Salfords & Sidlow.
He has ten years of experience serving Horley as a Borough Councillor. He is proud to have served the town where he grew up, went to school, worked in and still lives in now. He spent the first six months of his life in Court Lodge, in the now demolished Rutherwick Tower. His mother grew up on the estate and attended the former Court Lodge Comprehensive. So Christian's roots in Horley run deep.
Working with Michael Blacker, Christian's priorities for Horley West, Salfords & Sidlow include making sure Westvale Park has the facilities it needs to thrive. This includes securing shops, building a local pub to foster a greater sense of community and also supporting the new community centre.
He is also keen to work with fellow Horley councillors and Surrey Police & Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour.
When he was previously a Borough Cllr, he was a prominent member of the Planning Committee for many years and supported the opening of the new Lidl on Brighton Road.
